Product Description:

This is new type plastic film pp pe squeezing dewatering recycling machine which is designed by our company. It uses squeezing & dehydration principle, after raw material (LDPE agriculture film, LLDPE strength film and PP woven/big bags, etc.) crushing and washed, this squeezer machine can quickly and effectively remove the water. It is easy to increase the subsequent granulating line production capacity.


Feature and Function:


1)This machine is our new designed machine, It adopts Siemens PLC control, Adopt the latest technology from Taiwan, specially screw pressing design;
2) Pelletizer and main screw driving is frequency converting control;
3)This machine is especially for plastic film, plastic bags, woven bags, jumbo bags, solve the drying problem in the past; 
4)Instead of the dewatering machine, hot blower in the recycling line and energy saving equipment; 
5)Suits for PP/PE film and PP woven bags;
6)Highly improve quality and productivity of the PP/PE granulating line;
7) Dewatering function is better, final products humidity around 1-3%;
8) Long working life, running stability and easy to operated.



Application: to squeeze and granulate wet PE film, PP woven bags, the finally material is semi-plasticizing products, the recycled material is more suitable for PE PP pelletizing machine.
